FINANCIAL policies & insurance INFORMATION

Our office participates with many insurance plans and will assist you whenever possible with the filing and processing of your primary dental claims. Before calling the office to schedule your initial appointment, please have your insurance card handy as there is information contained on it that we will need.

If you belong to an HMO or DMO dental plan, you will most likely be required to select a primary dental office before scheduling your first appointment. If it has been less than 30 days since you have made your primary dental office selection, please ask you insurance company to send the insurance eligibility information to us by fax at (301)977-1487. Once you have been formally assigned to the dental office, you may schedule your initial appointment. If you have a traditional indemnity or PPO plan, you may call to schedule your initial appointment at any time.

We strive to deliver the finest dental care at an affordable cost. Therefore, payment of all deductibles and co-pays are expected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, credit card or personal check. There is a $25 minimum on credit card charges and we do appreciate exact change whenever possible.

Interest free financing and other terms are available through Citi Health Card, CareCredit and Chase Health Advance. Our office is happy to assist you through the financing application process.
